Basic instructions to get blinds connected to RFLink

#1 Post by hax4dayz » 02 May 2024, 17:55

Recently I bought an RFlink module that was pre-assembled, and while it works fine with the basic stuff like Klik Aan Klik Uit I have no idea how to connect my blinds to it. Are there any instructions on connecting blinds that are supported? From reading the supported devices list on RFLink.nl my Faher Solar radio Bi-Directional motor should be supported (Or at least I hope). But apart from the mention on that page there's no documentation on how to actually begin pairing the RFlink to the motor itself.

It doesn't seem like it is supported tbh. I've tried all sorts of things to get anything to happen when I send the up / down commands but nothing. Also, I've tried following the steps on rflink.nl to provide debug data but whenever I turn debug mode on nothing actually shows up in the log? I tried pressing all the buttons on the remote and even reconnecting it but nothing. Does that maybe suggest the motors aren't using the 433mhz band to communicate with each other?
